By accessing or using the Visagent platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Visagent is an AI-powered platform that helps organize New Zealand visa applications. The Service provides:

• AI-guided assistance for visa application organization
• Document management and generation capabilities
• Access to information based on official New Zealand Immigration guidelines
• Support for 100+ New Zealand visa categories
• Cloud-based storage for application materials

3. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

3.1 No Government Affiliation

• Visagent is an independent digital service and is NOT affiliated with Immigration New Zealand (INZ)
• We are not a Licensed Immigration Advisor service
• The Service does not replace professional immigration advice

3.2 No Guarantee of Approval

• Visagent is designed to help organize and prepare visa applications but does NOT guarantee approval
• All visa applications must be submitted through official Immigration New Zealand channels
• Immigration decisions are made solely by Immigration New Zealand

3.3 Information Accuracy

• While our information is sourced from official INZ resources, users are responsible for verifying current requirements
• Immigration policies and requirements may change without notice
• Users must ensure all information provided is accurate and complete

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Information

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4.2 Document Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring all uploaded documents are accurate and authentic
• Documents in languages other than English must be translated by a certified translator
• Visagent does not provide certified translation services
• You must ensure you have the right to upload and share all documents

4.3 Compliance with Laws

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for meeting all visa application requirements and deadlines
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

5.1 Service Fee

• The Service costs NZ$50.00 per New Zealand visa application organization
• Payment is required before gaining full access to AI agents and tools
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5.2 Access Period

• Paid access to AI Agents is valid for 3 months from the date of payment
• Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

6.1 Document Limits

• Users may upload up to 100 documents per application
• Each document must not exceed 5 MB in size
• Users may create up to 100 cover letters and forms per application

6.2 AI Agent Usage

• AI Agent interactions are token-based and subject to fair usage quotas
• Abnormal or abusive usage may result in temporary account suspension
• We reserve the right to investigate and restrict excessive usage

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Content

• Visagent retains all rights to the platform, AI agents, and generated content templates
• Users retain ownership of their personal documents and information

7.2 User Content

• You grant Visagent a limited license to process your documents for service provision
• You represent that you have the right to upload and share all submitted content

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Data Security

• We follow strict data privacy and encryption standards
• Personal and document information is securely stored and handled
• All files are stored in secure, cloud-based infrastructure

8.2 Data Usage

• We process your data solely to provide the Service
• We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abnormal or abusive usage patterns
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Violation of applicable laws

9.2 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked
• You may request data export within 30 days of termination
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visagent from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Inaccurate or false information provided by you

• We provide assistance with platform-related queries and technical issues
• We do not provide immigration advice or legal counsel

15. Severability
